PAO Motion GmbH ("PAO Motion GmbH", "we," "us," "our," or "Company") is committed to respecting the privacy of the information collected from the customers, visitors, and other users ("you" or "your") of PAO Motion GmbH, the exclusive Swiss distributor of premium Latin American activewear, which includes our website, social networking pages (the "Site") and various features, products, and services available via the Site and/or in connection with our platform (the "Services"). The Site and Services are collectively referred to as "PAO Motion GmbH".We created this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use PAO Motion GmbH.

What do we do with your information?
Personal information: By purchasing an order through PAO Motion GmbH, we may collect contact details, demographic data, and other personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, email address, home address), depending on the information you agree to share with us to render you our Services. We collect this information to ensure that we render our Services efficiently and without a mistake.
Payment information: To provide you our Services, we require you to make payments through PAO Motion GmbH. On the payment page you are asked to provide information such as your credit card type, credit card information, your full name, and card address details. This information is required to process your payments in exchange for the Services provided through PAO Motion GmbH, through our payment processors. However, we do not store Payment Information.
All your card details are passed from your browser to our payment processor(s) using the highest levels of PCI and SSL encryption. Your User admin area is protected by your user name and password, which you should never divulge to anyone else.
Consent. How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. E-COMMERCE PLATFORM AND HOSTING
Our store may be hosted on a third-party e-commerce platform. That provider gives us the online e-commerce infrastructure that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through that provider's data storage, databases and application, on secure servers behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Currency Conversion
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this so that the selected currency remains consistent when browsing our website, allowing prices to convert to your local currency.

We are working on providing you a way of deleting the information we hold about you if you no longer wish to use PAO Motion GmbH.
