WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO BUY ONLINE?

OUR BUSINESS APPROACH

PAO Motion GmbH was founded as a curated platform for exceptional Latin American brands with strong stories  heritage, artisanal, and designer-driven. From the outset we chose a B2B / wholesale model rather than direct-to-consumer sales.

We believe the best way to represent these brands in Switzerland is through carefully selected partners ,gyms, fitness clubs, boutiques, and lifestyle retailers ,who share our vision of quality, craftsmanship, and movement.

We are actively developing this model, and we're fortunate to be working with amazing partners who are helping shape the future of PAO Motion in Switzerland.
OUR BUSINESS MODEL

At PAO Motion, we curate and represent special brands  not just activewear  chosen for their story, craftsmanship, and design point of view. We focus on building strong, lasting relationships with our business partners. Here's what sets us apart:

  • Flagship Partnerships: We maintain select relationships with clubs and spaces where customers can experience the collection in person.
  • Wholesale Focus: Our primary model is B2B. Partners can purchase the collection through our catalog and price list.
  • Seasonal Showrooms: We host seasonal presentations to preview new collections, key pieces, and upcoming launches  including pop-up events at our partners locations.
  • Curated Access: Product availability is limited to ensure exclusivity and alignment with the brand vision.

This approach allows us to deliver a more personalized and premium experience — both for our partners and the communities they serve. We're actively working to bring additional curated Latin American labels into the PAO Motion portfolio.
PRICING PHILOSOPHY

We believe exceptional design shouldn't come with an excessive price tag. Every brand we represent is chosen for its craftsmanship and story  starting with Win Fitness Wear, produced in Lima, Peru with years of design and textile manufacturing experience behind it.

As part of our wholesale pricing structure, we provide:

  • A reference gym/wholesale price
  • A suggested retail price (MSRP), calculated from the wholesale price
  • Flexibility for our partners to adjust the final price to account for VAT (8.1%) and import costs
ORDER MINIMUMS
  • Minimum order: to be defined by season and category (typically 30–40 units for an initial order)
  • Style representation: we recommend including several categories (tops, leggings, crops, jackets, shorts, one-pieces) in sizes S–XL, prioritizing S–L
  • This ensures a balanced assortment and proper representation of the Win Fitness Wear brand in your space
SHOWROOM AND ORDERING CALENDAR
  • Seasonal Schedule: orders align with the seasonal calendar
  • Collection Previews: we host showrooms and collection previews periodically
  • Notification of Dates: exact dates are shared directly with our partners
  • Limited Availability: the number of new accounts outside the main season is limited, to maintain a curated, personalized wholesale experience
WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND A SHOWROOM?

If you're unable to attend a showroom, we offer the option to purchase select items from the catalog at a discounted rate for evaluation.

  • All products are final sale; no returns or refunds
  • Shipping and import costs are quoted separately
ONCE MY SELECTION IS MADE, HOW DO I PROCEED?
  • Order Confirmation: once your selection is finalized, confirm your order with our team (info@paomotion.com)
  • Payment: all orders must be paid in full at the time of confirmation
  • Shipping & VAT: prices do not include shipping or VAT; we can arrange shipping on your behalf, or you may use your own shipping account
WHERE IS YOUR DISTRIBUTION?
  • Production: Win Fitness Wear is produced in Lima, Peru
  • Swiss Distribution: PAO Motion GmbH operates from Hergiswil, Switzerland, as the exclusive distributor for the Swiss market
  • All confirmed orders are processed and shipped from our Swiss base to our partners
WHERE IS PRODUCTION?

WIN Fitness Wear : is designed and produced in Lima, Peru, using premium South American materials.
WHAT IF I'M OUT OF STOCK AND NEED URGENT REPLENISHMENT?
  • Case-by-Case: we may be able to accommodate urgent requests based on availability
  • Limited Availability: stock is limited, and we cannot guarantee immediate fulfillment in every case
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
  • Returns are only accepted for quality issues or damaged items
  • All other products are final sale
LOW STOCK & REORDER OPTIONS
  • We recommend planning orders based on your client traffic; we're happy to help evaluate your needs
  • We can accommodate select reorders, while generally preferring to maintain our seasonal ordering cycle
  • Early planning ensures availability and alignment with new collections
PAYMENTS & TERMS

What are your payment methods?

  • Bank transfer (UBS Switzerland AG)
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express (applicable surcharge may apply)

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is confirmed and preparation has begun, it cannot be canceled
  • We provide estimated delivery ranges; delays may occur beyond our control
  • Orders with very tight deadlines cannot be guaranteed on-time delivery

Delivery Lead Times

  • Typical lead time is 4–8 weeks from order confirmation (subject to production in Peru and transport to Switzerland)
  • We plan orders strategically with our partners to avoid overstock and maintain healthy inventory levels
EVENTS & COLLABORATIONS
  • We will have limited stock available at select locations, events, and collaborations — including upcoming pop-up showrooms with our partners
  • All pop-ups and collaborations are carefully curated and strategic
